Brigade Granada is one of Brigade Group's upcoming large mixed-use developments in East Bengaluru. The project is planned across 40 acres in Seegahalli, off Whitefield–Kadugodi Road, with 14 residential towers and around 2,000 apartments.

• 13 August 2026 – Q1 FY27 results: Brigade reported ₹1,115.55 crore in revenue from operations and ₹200.41 crore in profit attributable to owners. Residential pre-sales stood at ₹1,061 crore, while average residential sales realisation increased to ₹14,256 per sq. ft.
• 29 July 2026 – Kanakapura Road land purchase: Brigade acquired a 2-acre land parcel on Kanakapura Road in South Bengaluru for a proposed residential development with an estimated GDV of about ₹400 crore.
• 21 July 2026 – Brigade Misty Greens: Brigade launched Brigade Misty Greens in Mysuru through a JDA. The development covers about 4.5 acres and has estimated revenue potential of more than ₹300 crore.
• 26 May 2026 – Hyderabad expansion: Brigade signed a JDA for a 5.6-acre residential project at Kompally in Hyderabad with estimated revenue potential of ₹850 crore.
• 15 April 2026 – Gunjur township: Brigade signed a JDA for an 8.63-acre parcel in Gunjur, East Bengaluru. The parcel forms part of a proposed 39-acre residential township with an estimated GDV of about ₹7,200 crore.

As of June 2026, Brigade had a 543-acre land bank valued at about ₹4,672 crore. This land provides around 57 million sq. ft. of developable area, with Brigade's share at approximately 43 million sq. ft. The pipeline covers residential, commercial leasing, hospitality and mixed- use developments.
