M.R. Jaishankar is the founder and Executive Chairman of Brigade Group. Brigade Enterprises Limited is a public listed company. So, he is not the only legal owner.

The Jaishankar family still has key management roles. Pavitra Shankar is the Managing Director. Nirupa Shankar is the Joint Managing Director. Both are part of the promoter group. Public investors also own shares in Brigade Enterprises.

Brigade also has office and hotel assets in Mysuru. BuzzWorks expanded its managed-office business to Brigade Vantage with more than 500 seats. Grand Mercure Mysore is part of Brigade's hotel business. ibis Styles Mysuru is also part of the same hotel portfolio.

Brigade does not publish one fixed 2026 fresher salary. Pay changes by job and business unit. It can also change by city and skill level.

There is one useful past reference. A Brigade Graduate Engineer Trainee offer from 2022 showed ₹25,000 per month. The training period was one year. This is not the current 2026 pay. It only gives a past reference for the GET programme.

Current freshers should use the latest offer letter. That letter should show fixed pay and other benefits. It may also show bonus or other variable pay.

Brigade staff pay changes by role. There is no single staff salary. Sales, engineering and manager pay can be very different.

Indeed currently shows about ₹25,035 per month for Business Development Executive. The figure is based on two salary reports. Residential Sales is shown at about ₹6.21 lakh per year, also from two reports. These are rough public estimates. They are not official Brigade pay bands.

Candidates should use those numbers only as a guide. The current offer letter is more useful. It shows actual fixed pay, incentives and benefits.

Brigade's hotel business runs through Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited. It has nine operating hotels with 1,604 rooms. The hotels use brands from Marriott, Accor and IHG. Brigade owns or develops the hotel assets, while global hotel groups manage many daily operations.

These nine hotels total 1,604 rooms. This answers the common query “Which hotels are owned by Brigade Hotels?” more clearly than only naming hotel brands.

Brigade Hotel Ventures also has a large growth plan. It plans about 1,700 more rooms. The plan would take the portfolio to roughly 3,300 rooms. Planned hotels include Courtyard by Marriott at WTC Chennai, Fairfield by Marriott near Bengaluru airport, Grand Hyatt Chennai ECR, InterContinental Hyderabad Brigade Gateway and The Ritz-Carlton at Vaikom Island. Brigade Enterprises reported ₹5,909 crore of revenue in FY26. EBITDA reached ₹1,638 crore. Residential pre-sales stood at ₹7,424 crore across 6.13 million sq. ft., while total customer collections reached ₹7,476 crore during the year.

The company's FY26 net worth stood at ₹7,524 crore, compared with about ₹5,915 crore in FY25. This is the relevant accounting net-worth figure from the company's FY26 annual reporting and should not be confused with stock-market capitalisation.

The phrase “Brigade Group net worth” can cause confusion. The ₹7,524 crore figure is company net worth. It is not M.R. Jaishankar's personal wealth. It is also not Brigade's market value on the stock exchange.

In Q1 FY27, Brigade reported home sales of about ₹1,061 crore. The average selling rate rose to ₹14,256 per sq. ft. Profit linked to owners was ₹200.41 crore. This was about 33% higher than a year earlier.

Brigade remained active in August and September 2026. On 1 September, PVR INOX opened at Arcadia in Brigade Cornerstone Utopia. The new cinema has six screens and 949 seats. It covers about 42,000 sq. ft. in the retail zone.

On 31 August 2026, Brigade entered the Coimbatore home market. It announced a 5.4-acre project in Saravanampatti. The project uses a joint development model. Brigade said it has revenue potential of about ₹600 crore.

On 13 August 2026, Brigade reported Q1 FY27 results. Profit linked to owners rose to ₹200.41 crore. The average home selling rate rose to ₹14,256 per sq. ft. This showed stronger pricing even though home sales were lower year on year.

Brigade Hotel Ventures also changed its top leadership in August. Vinay Gupta became CEO from 17 August 2026. The hotel arm is working on a ₹3,600 crore growth plan. That plan supports about 1,700 new rooms.

Brigade Granada is one of Brigade Group's upcoming large mixed-use developments in East Bengaluru. The project is planned across 40 acres in Seegahalli, off Whitefield–Kadugodi Road, with 14 residential towers and around 2,000 apartments.

The residential towers are planned with 3 basements + ground + 55 upper floors, while apartments range from about 600 to 2,800 sq. ft. The wider township is also planned with a commercial office tower, retail spaces, hotel, hospital, school and leisure zones.

Brigade Granada fits the group's larger township model. It combines homes with work, retail and other uses. That makes it different from a stand-alone apartment site.
