New Launch and Upcoming Brigade Projects in Whitefield

The first three projects already have clear locations and development formats. The two smaller Whitefield projects are still at the land or planning stage, so Brigade has not yet announced their project names, tower count, floor plans or apartment sizes.

Brigade Avalon is one of the main new launch Brigade projects in Whitefield in 2026. It is located directly on Whitefield Main Road and covers 4 acres and 14 guntas, or about 4.14 acres. The project has only 206 luxury apartments and keeps around 80% of the site as open space.

The homes are available in 3.5 and 4 BHK layouts. Super built-up areas range from 2,933 sq. ft. to 3,862 sq. ft., while carpet areas range from 1,612 sq. ft. to 2,187 sq. ft. A 3.5 BHK starts from about ₹4.62 crore.

Brigade Avalon also has a 25,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with a swimming pool, gym, badminton court, squash court, mini theatre and business centre. Channasandra Metro Station is around 2.6 km, Kadugodi Tree Park is 2.7 km, and ITPL is about 3.9 km away. Its RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/300625/007888.

Brigade Granada is the largest upcoming Brigade residential option linked with the Whitefield–Hoskote corridor. It is planned as a 40+ acre mixed-use township at Sannatammanahalli in East Bangalore. Residential towers are planned to rise up to 55 floors, making it very different from a normal stand-alone apartment project.

The residential plan includes 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes, with sizes from about 600 sq. ft. to 2,800 sq. ft. The township also includes a 35-floor office tower, 400-key hotel, premium retail, commercial areas, school and hospital.

Its location connects the project with both Whitefield and Hoskote. Whitefield is around 9.3 km, ITPL is about 9.9 km, Whitefield Railway Station is around 6.1 km, and Kadugodi Tree Park Metro Station is about 8.4 km away.

Brigade Granada is in the pre-launch stage in 2026. This makes it one of the key upcoming options for buyers who want a large Brigade township but prefer the newer Whitefield–Hoskote growth belt instead of central Whitefield.

Brigade Group announced a major 39-acre integrated residential township at Gunjur in April 2026. The site sits on the Whitefield–Sarjapur Road corridor and has an estimated gross development value of about ₹7,200 crore.

Brigade signed a JDA for 8.63 acres to complete the larger 39-acre land assembly. The township is planned mainly for residential use and will include multi-generational housing and senior-living options along with common amenities.

Brigade has not yet published the final tower count, floor height, BHK breakup, apartment sizes or launch price in its regulatory announcement. These details should be added only after the approved master plan and RERA registration are released.

The ₹7,200 crore GDV and 39-acre land size make this one of Brigade's biggest upcoming residential developments in the Whitefield–Sarjapur growth belt.

Brigade Enterprises has another premium residential project planned on a 4.4-acre land parcel in Whitefield. The company acquired the site for a housing development with about 0.6 million sq. ft., or 6 lakh sq. ft., of development potential.

The project carries an estimated ₹950 crore GDV. Brigade has said it will be a premium residential development with spacious apartments and high-end specifications.

As of August 2026, the final project name, towers, floors, BHK types, unit sizes, price and RERA number have not been announced publicly. These figures should not be guessed until Brigade releases the formal project plan.

A newer Brigade project entered the Whitefield pipeline on 3 August 2026. Brigade acquired a 2-acre freehold parcel in Whitefield for a premium residential project with an estimated ₹475 crore GDV.

This is still an early-stage project. The developer has not yet disclosed the apartment types, unit count, tower height, floor plan, launch price or possession date.

The announcement is still important for Whitefield buyers. In addition to the 4.4-acre site, Brigade now has another fresh residential land parcel inside the same IT and metro-driven property market.

Brigade is also developing a major non-residential project on ITPL Main Road near Whitefield Metro Station. Brigade and Bain Capital formed a 50:50 joint venture for an 11-acre development with total investment of about ₹2,200 crore.

The project will have around 2 million sq. ft. of development, including Grade A office space and a five-star hotel run by an international hospitality brand. The site is next to Whitefield Metro Station and close to the ITPL employment zone.

It is not an apartment project, but it matters for Whitefield real estate. New offices and hospitality space can add jobs, business travel and rental demand around nearby residential projects.

Brigade Sanctuary is on Whitefield–Sarjapur Road, but it should not be listed as a fresh upcoming project in August 2026. Brigade's official page now shows the project as sold out, although construction and finishing work were still active in July 2026.

The project covers 14 acres and has 1,275 homes. Its apartment size range is about 656 to 2,491 sq. ft., and the project has a 32,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, 35+ amenities and more than 500 retained trees.

This makes Brigade Sanctuary useful as a recent Brigade reference project, but buyers looking for fresh inventory should focus more on Avalon, Granada and the upcoming Whitefield pipeline.

Brigade Avalon is the clearest option for buyers who want a launched luxury home inside Whitefield. It has only 206 apartments on 4.14 acres, offers 3.5 and 4 BHK homes, and sits within 3.9 km of ITPL.

Brigade Granada is better for buyers who want a much larger township and are comfortable moving towards the Whitefield–Hoskote corridor. The 39-acre Gunjur township is another major project to watch because its planned GDV is around ₹7,200 crore.

The 4.4-acre and 2-acre Whitefield sites are still early opportunities. Buyers should wait for the project name, RERA registration, floor plans, apartment sizes and launch price before comparing them with existing launches.
